Wage value determination

If an employee's work performance is below average in the position, a wage subsidy can be used. The client director then organizes a wage value determination. This is done together with the employer, employee and a wage value expert. The customer director monitors the deadlines, processes the results and ensures that the wage subsidy is correctly
determined and extended if necessary.
For whom
Workers with (potentially) reduced work performance.
Duration
2 weeks from start of wage-value determination to final report.
Result
We determine the employee's wage value based on the work actually performed.
Content
An appointment takes place at the workplace with the employee, employer and possibly (external) job coach. During this meeting, the norm function is determined. The standard function reflects the regular function. We establish the employee's work performance in the areas of:
Work pace:
the (average) number of units/services produced per hour over a relevant period of time, compared to the standard number of units/services produced per hour over a relevant period of time. Pace is expressed as a percentage of the output of the standard function*.Quality:
(average) number of units produced that are immediately usable and meet the
stated quality, over a relevant period, compared to the prevailing number of
units produced that are immediately usable and meet the stated quality, over a
relevant period.Net working time:
time that the employee actually spends on manufacturing goods or providing services
, i.e. on performing his or her main tasks. This refers to the employee's net production time compared to that of a regular, comparable employee.
We provide the report wage value to the customer manager and provide an explanation where necessary
. Based on the wage value, the amount of the wage subsidy granted is determined
