What plans are currently in the pipeline?
On this page, the municipality of Leudal publishes all environmental planning procedures that are currently underway.
Notice of intention
The municipality will issue a notification of its intention to amend the environmental plan. This notification will also indicate how participation in the amendment of the environmental plan will take place. You cannot respond to this notification. That opportunity will come later in the procedure.
Draft amendment to the environmental plan
A change to the environmental plan will be made at this stage once the municipal executive has approved the draft. The change to the environmental plan will be made available for inspection for six weeks. During these six weeks, anyone can submit a response to the municipal council. Such a response is called an opinion. For example, if you want to comment on the amendment to the environmental plan, if you notice an error in the amendment to the environmental plan, or if you disagree with the amendment to the environmental plan.
Adopted amendment decision on environmental plan
An amendment to the environmental plan is adopted once the municipal council has given its approval. You can appeal against the adopted amendment to the Council of State.
