Education Ukrainian refugees

Ukrainian children and youth have a right and duty to education. 

4 and 5 years

This group of children can take advantage of the offerings at child care organizations.
This consists of play and relaxation, as well as activities to get the children ready for elementary school.

6 to 12 years old

These children can attend a so-called transition class. A transition class is a class in which elementary school students receive extra lessons in Dutch language, reading and expanding their vocabulary. There is a lot of personal guidance and room for customization.

When the children have a sufficient command of Dutch, they can move on to regular elementary schools.

13 to 17 years old

Ukrainian youth in this age group can attend NT2 Mundium College.
