To register in the municipality of Leudal, you need to go to the town hall in Heythuysen.
You must make an appointment for this by phone, by calling (0475) 85 90 00.
How does it work?
Establishing Identity
When registering, it is important that municipality employees can establish identity, nationality and/or lawful residence in Ukraine. This can be done with a Ukrainian passport, Ukrainian national identity card or national passport/identity card and a residence permit from Ukraine. Children traveling within a family can also be registered in the BRP without documents.
Passport must be legible
A passport from Ukraine issued before 2016 is often bilingual: Ukrainian and Russian. This document is usually still handwritten. This is not always readable by the municipality. If we cannot translate the document or if it is not readable, the refugee must request a certificate of identity determination from the Ukrainian Embassy in The Hague.
Ukrainians can apply for the certificate online at the embassy.
This can also be done during the walk-in clinic of the Ukrainian Embassy's consular department. Open on weekdays from 09.00 - 13.00 at Zeestraat 78, 2518 AD in The Hague. They usually issue the document the same day at noon.
