Mantel care gift

The Mantelzorgcompliment is a gesture of appreciation from the municipality of Leudal in the form of an amount of € 50,-. You can apply for the volunteer aid complement via this website. This can be done by, or on behalf of, the applicant in the period from September 1 to October 1.

The Mantelzorgattentie is a token of appreciation in the form of a gift that anyone can request for a Mantelzorger. This gift is part of the Day of Caring and will be delivered to the caretaker's home with a personal message around November 10. From September 1 to October 1, the informal care gift can be requested online through this website.

The Mantelzorgcompliment in the form of the monetary amount of €50.00 may be requested per caregiver.

The informal care gift may be requested for all informal caregivers caring for their loved one whose caregiver lives in the municipality of Leudal.

When someone provides informal care to multiple care recipients, that’s wonderful, of course. Each of these care recipients can apply for an informal care allowance on behalf of the informal caregiver.

The informal caregiver token consists of a personal message or expression of appreciation for the informal caregiver. Along with this personal message, the informal caregiver receives a small gift. There is a limit of two gifts per person. Of course, the informal caregiver receives all personal messages.

When you fill out the application form, you will receive a notification after submitting it that the application has been sent successfully. You can then download a copy of the application right away.

You will also receive a confirmation of your request at the email address you provided. Please note: this email may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check there as well.

The informal care compliment is paid no later than the month of December.

The informal care gift is delivered to the informal caregiver's home by the post office around the day of informal care.

The general provisions of the AVG (General Data Protection Regulation) apply to this website. This means that we handle your data with care.

The information you provide on the Mantelzorgattentie or Mantelzorgcompliment application form will be used solely for the purpose of processing and handling the application you have submitted. The information will not be used for any other purpose unless you give your consent.

How long will this data be kept?

The data will be kept for a maximum of one year. After that, the data will be destroyed.
