Composition of Leudal Municipal Council 

The council meets approximately once every six weeks in the Council Chamber. These meetings are open to the public, so you are more than welcome to take a seat in the public gallery from 7:30 p.m. If you are unable to attend the council meeting in person, you can still follow it live via the local broadcaster ML5 or via the livestream on the website.

If you wish to address the entire council, you can do so via the Municipal Clerk’s Office. If you Committee member contact an individual council or Committee member , you can do so via their Leudal email address. If you Committee member contact a Committee member , their email addresses can be found on the page of the relevant council committee.

Letter to council

If you wish to send a letter to the council, you must address it to the council and Municipal Clerk’s Office to the Municipal Clerk’s Office via raadsgriffie@leudal.nl. In your letter, you can explain your position or request, for example, on a topic in your neighborhood. The Municipal Clerk’s Office your letter to the council. Speaking Rights

If you see an agenda item that you would like to comment on during a committee meeting, please contact the Municipal Clerk’s Office. The email must contain at least your name, telephone number, and email address so that we can contact you. You must also indicate which agenda item you would like to speak about and the topic you would like to discuss. If your request is accepted, you will be given a maximum of 5 minutes to speak at the relevant committee meeting.

If you are unable to attend in person, you can also Municipal Clerk’s Office your statement to the Municipal Clerk’s Office , which will then present it at the meeting. This allows you to express your opinion even if you are unable to attend.
