Municipal Clerk’s Office
Many council members work or study full-time, this means that their commitment to the City Council happens alongside this. To keep this running smoothly, the council receives support from the Municipal Clerk’s Office.
The Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office is the linking point from the council to the rest of the municipality and vice versa. The Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office supports the City Council, the Presidium and council committees. Among other things, the Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office sits on council committees and helps prepare and conduct meetings. The Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office also publishes the agenda for the meetings which can be viewed here.
The Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office is for everyone on the council. This means that the Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office has no political affiliation and is NOT employed by any group or coalition.
In addition to supporting the council, the Municipal Clerk’s Office s Office is also the link between the municipal council, the municipal organization, associations and residents.
