Requesting a replacement voting pass

All eligible voters will receive a voting pass no later than October 15, 2025. This can be used to vote at any polling station in the municipality of Leudal. Do not forget to also bring a valid proof of identity (e.g. passport, driver's license or identity card). You are required to show this to the chairman of the polling station. The proof of identity may not have expired for more than 5 years.

Voting pass not received or lost?

Did you not receive a voting pass after Oct. 15, 2025, or did you lose your voting pass? You can request a replacement voting pass in writing until Friday, October 24, 2025 at the latest. You can do this using the button below:

Oral applications can be made at the front desk until Tuesday, October 28, 2025, noon. If you are coming to City Hall, please make an appointment first. Bring proof of identity with you.

Pay close attention:
Do you find your voting card later? Then you can no longer use it. You can only vote with your new voting card.

Voting pass and proxy

When someone casts a proxy vote for someone else it must always be done at the same time as casting their own vote.
