Procedures permits and notifications
Some environmental activities are subject to a permit requirement: the obligation to request permission to perform activities in the living environment with an environmental permit.
One of the principles of the Omgevingswet is to regulate as many activities as possible with general rules. No environmental permit is then required. In some cases, an initiator must submit a notification (instead of a permit) before the activity may be performed.
To determine what is now required to perform an activity you can do a Permit Check.
