About Leudal

Centrally located in central Limburg, between the two center cities of Roermond and Weert, but also situated between the Peel and Meuse rivers and bordering Belgium, is the large rural municipality of Leudal.

Leudal has about 36,000 inhabitants spread over 16 village centers and, with an area of about 165 km², is one of the largest municipalities in Limburg. The municipality has space to live, work and recreate. There are many businesses, stores, schools, associations and sports facilities. Special is the large nature reserve Leudal from which the municipality derives its name. The village centers also have a lot of greenery. In the vast outlying area are many agricultural businesses.
