What is the intake table

Do you have an idea or a dream? And are you wondering if the municipality sees opportunities for your plan? Or would you like the municipality to support you in this? Then you can present your idea at the intake table of the municipality. This is free of charge. Every week we discuss the ideas that come in during an (online) meeting. We then see whether we think it is a good idea and think along with you. How do you ensure that we discuss your initiative? Just follow the steps below:

  1. Currently in progress: You have an idea or a dream

  2. Currently in progress: Our contact person is scheduling an appointment with you

    Municipality thinks with you.
    We listen to your idea. We think with you and help make your idea more concrete. 

  3. Completed: We are discussing your initiative internally

    We check that we have enough information to discuss your initiative at the intake table. In doing so, we pay attention to the following things:
    - neighborhood interests;
    - desirability of the idea or initiative based on your business plan and the municipality's ambitions. 

  4. Done: Our representative will contact you shortly

    What else does the municipality need? Before you and your contact person can go to the intake table with your initiative, your contact person will let you know what information is still needed and what you need to do to get it. 

  5. Currently in progress: You are continuing to develop your plan

    You fill out the request processing initiative intake table form. You develop your idea so we can discuss it at the intake table. 

  6. Currently in progress: Your plan is ready for the intake meeting

    Your plan is ready for the intake table.

  7. Completed: Review of Your Plan

    We will discuss your plan at the online intake table.
    Through your contact person, you will receive an invitation to explain your plan. Policy advisors who are involved will also be present.
    From the intake table you will receive an opinion on the probability of your plan. 

  8. Completed: Your plan has good prospects

    You can now proceed.
    After we have assessed that your plan is promising, you can develop the plan further. In most cases, a procedure is still required, such as a permit application, amendment of the environmental plan or even adjustment of policy. We advise you to submit a concept request first. With a concept request, we test the feasibility of the plan. The college or city council ultimately decides on the permitability of your request.  

  9. Currently in progress: Your plan is not likely to succeed

    You cannot proceed with your plan.

  10. Currently in progress: Notice from the municipality

    Your contact will notify you.
    You will be notified by us within 15 business days. 

What does it cost? 

Submitting a plan for the intake table is free. 

How to move forward? 

If your plan is rated as promising, you can develop the plan further. We advise you to then proceed to the next step Concept Request. During this step, the feasibility of the plan is tested.
