Door-to-door booklet 'Think Ahead'
In the Netherlands, we almost always have power, water and internet. But in an emergency, such as extreme weather, war or a major outage, this can suddenly be lost. Help can then take a while to arrive.
That is why it is good to be prepared. This requires action from everyone: from the government, but also from you and those around you. By being well prepared, you can help yourself and others when needed.
Booklet
To support you in making preparations, all households in the Netherlands will receive the information booklet "Prepare for an emergency. This booklet will be distributed between November 25 and January 10. Because what you do today makes us stronger tomorrow. And that starts just at home: Health for an emergency kit, make an emergency plan and talk about it and help each other.
