Healthcare fraud

Suspect healthcare fraud? Report it!

Leudal collaborates with six other municipalities in the areas of the Social Support Act (Wmo) and youth care. Oversight of these services is also organized jointly. The Care Concerns and Fraud Hotline was recently established.

Report fraud!

Health residents are procured regionally by the seven municipalities and, through the Personal Budget (PGB), by the residents themselves. Do you suspect that something is not right with the Health or someone else Health ? Please report it! That way, we can work together to ensure that funds remain available for residents who truly need Health support, and that everyone Health the Health as agreed.

Examples of situations that may indicate healthcare fraud

  • Health billed even though Health has not Health or is not needed.
  • The healthcare provider does not have the required documentation (such as a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), diplomas, or SKJ registration).
  • The safety of a (co-)client is inadequate.
  • Someone is twisting the truth to get extra Health money.
  • Someone is receiving a PGB to which they are not entitled, or is using it for purposes other than those agreed upon with the municipality.
