't Heukske Kelpen-Oler Housing Development Plan
The municipality of Leudal is working on the development of the 't Heukske housing project in Kelpen-Oler. This project will meet local housing needs and create an attractive, future-proof living environment.
In the development of the area, attention is being paid to housing, traffic, flood control, green spaces, and seamless integration with the existing surroundings.
Current Status
The municipality has now begun preparing the site for construction. During this phase, the site is being readied for future housing development. The work includes earthwork, the installation of infrastructure, and preparations for utility connections.

Once housing construction is complete, work will begin on preparing the area for residential use. This will include the construction of permanent roads, parking spaces, sidewalks, street lighting, and landscaping.
The schedule provided is tentative and may change during the course of the project.

Local residents and other stakeholders will be kept informed of the project’s progress throughout the project. As soon as more information about the implementation and schedule becomes available, it will be posted on this website.
