Moving abroad
What is it?
Are you going abroad for more than 8 months within the period of one year? Or is it not yet clear how long you will stay abroad? Then you must report your move abroad to the municipality. We will register your departure in the Basic Registration of Persons. You must report this within five days before your departure abroad.
Note! The date of deregistration is the date the municipality received your declaration of departure.
Are you leaving for less than 8 months and not keeping your address in the Netherlands? Then you may be able to take a letter address.
How does it work?
Submit your move abroad online.
Do you prefer to arrange this another way?
You can visit the municipality. Always make an appointment first. Bring your proof of identity with you.
Complete the Declaration Form Moving Abroad, Declaration.pdf and send the form to the Municipality of Leudal or by e-mail to info@leudal.nl.
