The organization
The municipality of Leudal has three departments (Space, Services, Society) and a Corporate Staff.
Employees are proud of the municipality of Leudal and enjoy working there.
Leudal is known as a values-driven organization. This means that these values guide us in our daily actions and thinking; they are the carriers of our organization. From employees we expect them to work from the values: from the heart, inspiration, courage, respect and curiosity.

We pay attention to the vitality and health of our employees. We do this by acting proactively on their physical, mental, social and digital fitness. In this way, we keep employees and the organization vital.
