How does it work?
To apply for a new passport or identity card, make an appointment online to visit City Hall. Here the desk clerk will explain the possibilities of home delivery. Indicate to the employee whether you want to use this option. This will then be included in your application. The Dynasure delivery service will also be notified.
You will then receive an e-mail from Dynasure to set the desired date and time in the delivery calendar. Thus, you decide when the delivery will take place.
Please note that you must be present in person to receive your new travel document.
What does it cost?
For home delivery of your passport or identity card, you pay €5.15. This is settled along with the cost of your passport or identity card during your appointment at City Hall. So you do not have to pay anything to the Dynasure delivery person.
