Telephone accessibility city hall

City Hall can be reached by phone on the days listed below by calling ( 0475) 85 90 00.

If you call the above phone number, you will be answered by our call center.

Busy and quiet times

Experience shows that we receive many calls in the mornings and especially on Monday mornings. Waiting times during these 'peak moments' can then be longer. Afternoons are usually quieter, which means that your turn is quicker.

What does the call center do with your call?

  • The call center will try to answer your question.
  • If this fails, you will be connected to a colleague who can assist you further.
  • If this colleague cannot be reached at that time, we ask that a callback request be made.

How does a callback request work?

  • You will be called back by the colleague within 2 working days at the latest.
  • For the callback request, we need information from you.
  • If you are a resident of the municipality of Leudal, we can use your name, address and date of birth from the Basic Registration of Persons in the callback request.
  • In addition, we need at least your phone number.
  • Should we need any other information we will ask you for it.

Out of office hours

If you call our number outside office hours, you will be taken to a choice menu. Through the selection menu you can arrange the following:

  • Reports related to an emergency within the municipality of Leudal such as a fallen tree, dangerous collapse of the road or very bad slipperiness.
  • Reports i.e. environmental complaints.
  • Reports i.e. sewerage problems.
  • Reports i.e. dangerous situations with street lighting.

NOTE At certain times outside office hours, additional options may also be heard.
