Successful Harrie Training
Recently, the municipality of Leudal (in collaboration with Werkgeversservicepunt ) successfully organized a Harrie training session for employees of local businesses and relevant partners.
This training focused on enhancing knowledge and skills related to supporting people with disabilities in the workplace.
The participants’ feedback was positive. They reported gaining a better understanding of the challenges that colleagues who require support may face. In addition, they felt better equipped to play an active and supportive role in this regard.
