Central Limburg is the connecting heart of Limburg, where living is attractive. The quality of the living environment and thus of housing is high. Yet in the area of housing, especially given the current housing market, there are challenges, namely: building (or having built) enough housing for the right target groups. 

The Structural Vision for Housing focuses on meeting the growing housing need with the right supply of quality. There is also a focus on transformation and restructuring in the coming years. Existing housing must also be more sustainable and life-cycle resistant. The Structural Vision for Housing makes room to realize the right housing in the right place at the right time. This with the goal of maintaining the quality of life in our villages and providing a home for (future) residents.

The Living Structure Vision has no direct legal consequences, for example, environmental permits for the realization of housing construction cannot be issued on the basis of the structure vision.
