Stand permit application

What is it?

If you want to sell items or food from a stall or sales cart, you need to apply for a stand permit from the municipality. You may then set up your stall or cart at a location designated by the municipality. More information can be found in the'Uitvoeringsregels Algemene Verordening gemeente Leudal', appendix 6.

You can apply for a pitch if you:

  • Is registered with the Chamber of Commerce
  • be an able-bodied natural person of at least 18 years of age

Duration of the stand permit

The stand permit is granted by the mayor and aldermen for a fixed period of time.

A permit for a permanent booth can be granted for a period of up to 12 years.

What to do.

You apply for the permit from the municipality. 

It is advisable to coordinate in advance by phone(0475 -85 90 00) or e-mail(APV@leudal.nl) with the municipality's market master/contact person.

For the permit application, please provide the following information:

  • What goods you are selling or what services you want to offer;
  • at what place/core and at what designated location;
  • On which day or part of the day and during which hours you wish to occupy the stand.
  • A recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce (not older than six months).

What does it cost?

The cost of an occasional permit application depends on the period of time you want to use it:

Permit with validity of up to of 12 years, per application, per core: €314.

How long does it take?

You will be notified within 8 weeks whether you will receive the permit. If more than one applicant applies for the stand during the period that the permit is available for inspection, a drawing of lots may take place. If this is the case, you will be informed. .

Objecting

Do you disagree with the municipality's decision? Then you can object within 6 weeks.
