Pruning of trees
During the period from January to March 15, maintenance of many municipal trees takes place. It involves the felling of dead trees and regular maintenance (pruning) of trees and tree lanes. The work will be performed by our field service employees and several contractors.
Tree maintenance (regular maintenance, pruning)
Until mid-March we will be maintaining (pruning) trees in the cores and outlying areas.
Field Service
Our field service maintains, with its own aerial platform, the trees within 3 cores every year so that all trees are maintained every 5 years. The trees are also checked for vitality.
Contractor
A contractor maintains the trees in the outlying area and the trees within the cores that are too large for our own aerial platform.
During the felling and pruning work there may be some temporary inconvenience at the work sites for this we ask for your understanding. In some cases the road will be temporarily closed and there will be a detour. Traffic controllers will be used here.
