College composition

The College of Mayor and Aldermen administers the municipality. The college prepares the decisions made by the municipal council. For many matters, the college itself has legal authority. This means that the college can make its own decisions about them.

  • clearly state the topic you want to discuss;
  • In order to provide you with the best possible service, the subject matter officer will initially contact you;
  • after this preliminary consultation, it is determined whether a meeting with a college member is appropriate.

Only in exceptional cases do we deviate from this procedure.
