What is it?
If you want to organize a flea market, you need to apply for an event permit from the municipality.
What to do.
You apply for the permit from the municipality. Please provide the following information with your application:
- Where you want to hold the flea market;
- date of the flea market;
- what time the flea market begins and ends;
- The type of flea market and its size (such as the number of stalls);
- Whether traffic measures are necessary.
The sale of weak-alcoholic beverages from a market stall is prohibited by Article 18 paragraph 1 Alcohol Act.

How long does it take?
You will be notified within 8 weeks whether you will receive the permit.
Objecting
If you disagree with the municipality's decision you can object within 6 weeks.
