Reception
The reception desk is your first point of contact when you visit City Hall.
You can visit the reception desk (without appointment) for:
- Picking up a Driver's License Health Statement
- Pick up your new passport, id-Map or driver's license (please note that to apply for a new passport, Map or driver's license, you do need a Make an appointment appointment).
- Emergency application for a passport, identity card or driver's license (note: an emergency application incurs additional fees!)
Public counters: by appointment only
Visiting one of our public counters is by appointment only. As a result, your turn is always quick. As a rule, we can offer you an appointment within 5 working days, but in the event of heavy traffic it may take longer during certain periods. If this causes you any problems, please call us during office hours at (0475) 85 90 00.
The online appointment scheduler makes it easy to make an appointment for a service at the front desk. You can choose from a variety of products and services, and you will immediately see which days and times are available.
