Invitation to the Community Participation Meeting
Residents and the municipality work together to shape life in Leudal. That is why the municipality is developing a new participation policy. This policy outlines how residents can contribute ideas, get involved, and in some cases even take over tasks from the municipality (the right to challenge). We believe it is important to know what you, as residents, think about this.

Meeting – Join the discussion and get involved
Last September, we held two meetings to discuss participation. Based on the outcomes of those meetings, we drafted a draft participation policy. We would like to discuss this with you and make any necessary additions or adjustments. That is why we are organizing a community meeting on May 7 in Roggel.
- When: Thursday, May 7
- Time: 7 :30–9:30 p.m.
- Location: La Rochelle - Pastoor Hanraetsstraat 7a, 6088 EH Roggel
What will we discuss this evening?
We would like to invite you to join us this evening to discuss how collaboration between residents and the municipality can take shape. We will explore this using the following examples:
- Playgrounds
- The development of rural areas
- Key points from the participation policy on collaboration between residents and the municipality
We will use the results of this evening to refine our participation policy. We will then discuss this with the municipal administration and subsequently have it adopted by the city council.
