Parking for car companies
What is it?
Car companies are not allowed to park cars on or along public roads. If you have a car business and want to do this anyway, apply for an exemption from the municipality.
How does it work?
You can apply for a waiver if you meet the following Requirements:
- There are no parking restrictions, such as paid parking or a blue zone.
- Parking does not pose a road safety hazard.
- The surrounding area is not bothered by the parked cars.
- You cannot park the cars in any other place where it is allowed.
What to do.
- You request the waiver from the municipality.
- Indicate why you want the waiver and for which location.
How long does it take?
You will be notified within 8 weeks whether you will receive the waiver.
Objecting
If you disagree with the municipality's decision, you can object within 6 weeks.
