The municipal secretary, also known as the general director, is at the head of the administrative organization. The Corporate Staff supports the municipal secretary/general director and falls under the direct management of the municipal secretary.

The civil service organization further consists of three departments divided into several teams. This division is as follows:

Department of Space

  • Team Development
  • Spatial Management Team, including Field Services
  • Team Safety, Licensing, Supervision and Enforcement

Department of Society

  • Team Policy
  • Implementation Team, which includes the WMO/Compulsory Education and Participation units

Operations Department

HR, Communications, and BMO (administrative and management support) fall under the direct supervision of the Head of Operations. In addition, there are a number of teams within Operations:

  • Finance, Legal Affairs, and DIV Team
  • Information Provision Team
  • Civil Affairs Team/Messengers
