Adjust opening hours of catering industry once
What is it?
If you are organizing a party or event in your catering business, you may wish to adjust the opening hours for this purpose for once. You then apply to the municipality for a permit to be open longer.
What to do.
You apply to the municipality for a permit at least 8 weeks in advance. Please provide the following information with your application:
- Your name and the name of the supervisor;
- Name and address of your catering establishment;
- Why you want to be open longer;
- On which day(s) you want to be open longer;
- Until what time you want to be open.
How long does it take?
In principle, you will be notified within 8 weeks whether you will receive the permit.
Objecting
Do you disagree with the municipality's decision? Then you can object within 6 weeks.
Request
You can apply for this product using the attached application form (Pdf). After completing and signing, you can deposit the form in the mailbox of the town hall (Leudalplein 1) or send it by mail.
