What is it?
You can't always do what you want with real estate. For example, if you live in a listed building. Or if the municipality has a right of first refusal to buy your property.
All restrictions on real estate must be registered. You can view these restrictions at the Land Registry.
What to do.
All restrictions are listed in a Cadastral Notice Property. You order this notice from the Land Registry.
You can also check the municipal restrictions at the municipality.
