A thriving tourism-recreation sector is essential to a healthy local economy and contributes to a pleasant living environment for residents. Entrepreneurs in this sector provide jobs, attract visitors and contribute to sustainable developments. We want to actively support, facilitate and encourage our entrepreneurs where possible, so that they can grow and innovate.

As Recreation and Tourism Policy Officer I work on strengthening the tourism and recreation sector in Leudal and the region. I talk to entrepreneurs, cooperation partners and other stakeholders, think along and offer support in the development of new initiatives or projects.

Within the tourism-recreation sector, cooperation is very important, which is why I also focus on strengthening networks and partnerships that will help Leudal and the region further in the development of a successful and future-proof tourist destination.
