What is the difference between a grant for annual association activities and an event grant?

According to the Arts and Culture Grant Scheme, cultural associations can apply for an annual grant for the regular cultural activities they perform. These are public activities that recur annually (or biennially) in the association's program.

If associations perform a public activity in any year that is not part of the annual program, then an event grant can be applied for this. These are one-time activities.
