Youth Fund Sports & Culture
The Youth Fund Sport & Culture Limburg makes it possible for children and young people from families with little money to participate in, for example, music lessons, soccer, ballet, judo, street dance, gymnastics, theater lessons, scouting or another cultural/creative or sports activity. For these children and young people, we pay the contribution/tuition and, in certain cases, the necessary clothing and/or attributes.
Requirements
Families where financial possibilities are limited can receive (through a recognized Meerkracht) a financial contribution from the Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur Limburg. This contribution is transferred (after approval) directly to the sports and/or cultural association and/or store.
Request
Applications to the Youth Fund Sport & Culture can only be made directly by a Meerkracht. A Meerkracht is an intermediary who can professionally assess whether a child is eligible for a contribution. This could be the teacher, youth aid worker, debt relief worker, sports neighborhood coach, Stichting Leergeld Leudal and Maasgouw, an employee of Synthese or Stichting MEE.
