Occasional festivity establishment
What is it?
An establishment is allowed six times a year to organize a festivity that deviates from the noise standards according to the Environmental Management Act and the General Ordinance. For example:
- a musical performance in a café
- a staff party with a band or DJ
If you want to organize such a festivity, report it to the municipality.
What to do.
You report your festivity to the municipality. When doing so, please provide the following information:
- description of activities
- date and time
- What kind of noise is made (music, cheering, megaphone, etc.)
- At what time and place this occurs
Make your notification at least 2 weeks in advance using the digital notification form below.
Other permits or waivers
Ask the municipality if you need to apply for any other permits or waivers. For example, a parking waiver or waivers for serving alcohol.
