Entrepreneurial Sounding Board Foundation

Stichting Ondernemersklankbord offers support to entrepreneurs from small and medium-sized enterprises. This can be advice to (pre) starters, or guidance to entrepreneurs who want to grow, innovate, reorganize or transfer. Moreover, Ondernemersklankbord assists entrepreneurs who are in dire straits. The business coaches have worked in various sectors and industries and know like no other the challenges of entrepreneurship.

About Red

Over Rood is a volunteer organization founded in 2012 that guides entrepreneurs toward a financially healthy future. This means working toward a situation in which income and expenses are balanced and any debts can be paid off or, if necessary, restructured. Over Rood helps entrepreneurs achieve this by getting their administration in order and gaining insight into their income and expenses.

Philips | Stiels | Gielkens is the point of contact for entrepreneurs with financial problems. They specialize in resolving payment arrears and debts. Together with you, they will look for a suitable solution.

IMK 155

Stichting 155 is the national help desk for entrepreneurs. 155 is the place to go for entrepreneurs experiencing early signs of trouble or serious setbacks within their business.

Foundation 155 has the following objectives:

  1. Identify entrepreneurs earlier so that they can take the right steps sooner when times get tough (detection, prevention, early warning).
  2. Facilitate entrepreneurs in being able to proceed quickly and purposefully to execution (routing to intervention, advice).
  3. Contributes substantiated knowledge and information about entrepreneurs in difficult circumstances, thereby creating a better climate and better opportunities to support entrepreneurs at an early stage. (creating better preconditions)

The activities of Stichting 155 focus on achieving its objectives, including a digital help desk for entrepreneurs. This online help desk offers digital routing to the right solution for entrepreneurs in difficult circumstances. In some cases, this means a warm referral to the municipality, while in other cases, reorganization or restructuring is more obvious.

In addition to using the digital help desk, the foundation shares information through meetings, the web, or other means, so that entrepreneurs can recognize the early signs of difficult times sooner and more quickly and take the right steps in a timely manner.

Stichting 155 is an association of municipalities that support the importance of early detection, timely support and referral, and a healthy entrepreneurial ecosystem within the municipality.
Stichting 155 is an independent foundation and an initiative of the IMK.

BBZ

Do you, as a self-employed entrepreneur, need temporary financial support?

The Social Minimum Assistance Scheme (BBZ) offers self-employed entrepreneurs temporary financial support if they are temporarily unable to support themselves. 

Assistance for entrepreneurs (Bbz)

The Bbz is there for:

  • start-up entrepreneurs, people who start a business while receiving social assistance or unemployment benefits
  • established self-employed persons experiencing temporary financial difficulties or self-employed persons who wish to cease their business activities
  • Self-employed persons aged 55 or older with a non-viable business.

Benefits for self-employed persons aged 55 or older (IOAZ)

Are you 55 or older and planning to close your business? If so, you may be eligible for benefits under the Income Provision for Older and Partially Disabled Former Self-Employed Persons Act (IOAZ). The IOAZ supplements your (family) income up to the level of social assistance.
