The MOB works for… certified participants
For participants in the MensOntwikkelbedrijf (MOB), “learning on the job” also means performing tasks in public spaces. Examples include park maintenance and emptying public trash cans.
Knowledge
Working safely along roads and handling waste requires up-to-date knowledge. That is why all participants complete the training course “Working Safely and Responsibly in Public Spaces.” Everyone has successfully completed this course. As a result, everyone has been instructed on topics such as safely cordoning off a work area and handling and disposing of hazardous waste.
Participants are also kept informed of recent developments in their field. This supports their own progress toward a suitable career path.
Working together for the future
The MensOntwikkelBedrijf guides vulnerable residents and benefit recipients to suitable work. This is done in cooperation with local companies and organizations. Because in Leudal, everyone should be able to participate. The MOB is located at Graaf van Loonlaan 2a in Heythuysen.
