The MensOntwikkelBedrijf MOB) helps residents and benefit recipients find suitable work. These programs focus on the participant. By 2025, the Human Development Company will have helped 124 participants find a suitable work environment.
Local cooperation
Through various activities and in close collaboration with local entrepreneurs and organizations, participants become fit for work (again). This takes place in a familiar environment and with the guidance of municipal job coaches.
