The MOB Leudal works!

Mrs. H. had been out of work due to circumstances. Fortunately, she was familiar with the Human Resources Development Corporation (MOB).
She came to an interview asking if the MOB could help her find another job, because she did not want to apply for benefits at the municipality. Job coach Rita went to work for her ... and successfully!
The conversation led to the fact that Ms. now has an appointment at Care Center Beek & Bos in Heythuysen. And both are satisfied! Rita stays in contact with both employee and employer.

Orientation team

The MOB recently started an 'Orientation Team' at Zorgcentrum Beek & Bos. This means that a number of people carry out supervised activities on location in order to get acquainted with the work floor in a low-threshold manner.
This way of getting acquainted with a work environment provides participants with insights and communication skills as well as motivation.

Human Development Company

The MensOntwikkelBedrijf guides vulnerable residents and people entitled to benefits into suitable work. Because in Leudal everyone should be able to participate.
The MOB is located at Graaf van Loonlaan 2a in Heythuysen and has a free walk-in during office hours.
