Wanted: Leudal Champions!

Leudal is home to dozens of clubs and organizations. They’re all full of talent. Sometimes, they achieve remarkable feats.

Did you achieve such an outstanding accomplishment between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026, or do you know someone who did? If so, please submit a report to be considered for a special moment of recognition.

Tribute

The champions will be honored in a festive ceremony by Mayor Désirée Schmalschläger on Thursday evening, November 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chamber of City Hall. Do you know a champion, a championship team, or someone who has achieved something extraordinary? Let us know! 

Requirements

To be eligible for this honor, certain Requirements must be met. For example, the champion must:

  • reside in Leudal;
  • have wonfirst place at the national level;
  • or have placedfirst,second, orthird at the European, world, Olympic, or Paralympic level;
  • or have achieved a notable accomplishment (such as winning a special title, for example, “Best Baker in the Netherlands”);
  • have achieved the performance during the period between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026.
