Buying or renting municipal land
Would you like to use a piece of municipal land and add it to your garden, for example? In the municipality of Leudal it is possible, under Requirements , to buy, rent or get on loan a plot of land (e.g. a residual strip) near your home.

Application form to buy, rent or loan municipal land
Your application may be denied. This may be because of the applicable Environmental Plan or future housing development. We also need to keep public land available as much as possible for possible grid reinforcement related to the Energy Transition.

The sales prices for residual strips of land at the property are listed in the Land Price Schedule.

Would you like to rent an allotment garden? Municipal allotment complexes are available in the towns of Ell, Grathem, Haelen, Heythuysen and Horn.
