Buying or renting municipal land
Would you like to use a piece of municipal land and add it to your garden, for example? In the municipality of Leudal it is possible, under Requirements , to buy, rent or get on loan a plot of land (e.g. a residual strip) near your home.

Application form to buy, rent or loan municipal land
The council has adopted a policy document on the sale of residual strips with effect from 2026 (see below). This shows that the sale of residual strips in the centers will be handled with caution. The municipality often needs the available land for its own purposes. We also need to keep public land available as much as possible for possible grid reinforcement in connection with the energy transition. Please therefore bear in mind that your application may be rejected.
