The Municipality of Leudal is working to improve traffic safety at sports facilities
The municipality of Leudal is working with sports clubs to promote a safe, accessible, and welcoming sports environment. Recently, various sports facilities were visited to assess the traffic situation on and around the grounds.
Proposals
In collaboration with the sports clubs, we explored ways to further improve traffic safety. Based on this, the municipality has developed proposals for additional signage and road marking measures near the sports facilities. The clubs in question will have the opportunity to provide feedback on these proposals. The work is expected to take place in October and November.
Traffic flows
These measures are intended to better manage traffic flows around the venues and thereby improve traffic safety for athletes, visitors, volunteers, and local residents.
