Village Councils

The municipality of Leudal has 16 cores and only one administrative center. To ensure good contact between municipality and residents, village councils or village consultations have been established. In total, there are now 15 village councils/village councils in the municipality. A village council's main task is to indicate to the municipality what the inhabitants consider important for the quality of life in their village.

Conversely, the municipality can ask the village council for advice on important issues for the village. Nowadays, village councils increasingly focus on establishing contacts between residents and supporting resident initiatives.
