Collective event insurance
Leudal is buzzing with events and activities! Check out our events page for a current overview.
Events
Throughout the year, events are organized by associations and institutions. There are a number of recurring events, such as archery festivals, fairs, fairs, village festivals, music events, and street and neighborhood festivals. In addition, many occasional events are also organized annually.
Events are a welcome contribution to cultural and social life in the municipality of Leudal. Yet events can also have negative aspects, such as noise pollution, reduced accessibility of buildings/sites, parking problems, traffic congestion and pollution of public spaces.
Collective event insurance
The municipality has taken out collective event insurance for smaller events (up to 2,500 visitors/day). This means that organizing clubs and associations do not have to take out separate event insurance. The insurance provides capped coverage for liability, equipment, accidents, cash, personal property and legal expenses.
For more information, see the brochure below.
Municipality
The municipality plays a role in organizing festivities since the municipality issues the permits. In addition, the municipality also has responsibility for the use of public space and maintaining public order and safety.
Sometimes you are not insured
You are not insured for events for which a permit has been denied or has not been applied for. While this permit is required.
Events for which no permit is required may be covered. This must then be an event that does not require a permit. Are you in doubt? Contact the municipality.
