Policy plan on licensing, supervision and enforcement (VTH)

Burgemeester en wethouders van Leudal have adopted the policy plan vergunningverlening, toezicht en handhaving (VTH) on August 2, 2022. In this policy plan, VTH tasks are defined as tasks in relation to building and demolition (excluding asbestos), fire safety, spatial planning, environment not being basic tasks, construction, monuments, felling, driveways and advertising, as well as the tasks in relation to events and fire permits.

The VTH policy plan describes the policy goals of the municipal VTH tasks. The activities to be carried out to this end are listed in the annual implementation program. The results (what has been achieved) are reported annually to the city council via the annual report.
