The Social Domain Implementation Plan describes how we will work on the goals of the Social Domain Policy Plan in the coming years. In the social domain we want to achieve a transformation. The themes discussed in this implementation plan contribute to this.
Each theme indicates the goals and social effects to which it contributes. Sub-goals are set, with activities and associated results. We also indicate who our cooperation partners are and the connection between the themes. You will also find an initial impetus for monitoring and effect measurement for each theme and an overview of the working groups.
