Appointment at city hall?
You have an appointment at the municipality. How does it work?
Bar appointment
On the day and time for which you have made an appointment, you will be expected at the town hall, Leudalplein 1 in Heythuysen.
We ask you to be present 5 minutes in advance. Upon entering the main hall of the town hall, you will see the digital column. On the screen of this column you should indicate what you are coming for. Since your appointment is linked to your date of birth, you must enter it. You will then receive a receipt with a serial number. You then take a seat in the waiting room. The desk clerk will call you to one of our desks. Your serial number will appear on the large TV screen in the hall. If you have any questions regarding the use of the column, please ask our receptionist for assistance.
Change or cancel appointment
If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, you can do so via the link provided in the appointment confirmation email you received. Is this not possible or do you have any questions? Please contact the staff of the Civil Affairs team on tel: (0475) 85 90 00.
Other appointment
Do you have another appointment, such as with an Alderman or do you have a meeting at City Hall? If so, please report directly to the reception desk. Our receptionist will be happy to assist you.
Note
We have received several reports about websites of commercial parties that help you arrange or request things from the municipality. For example, requesting an extract from the population register, or making an appointment to renew a passport or driver's license. Gemeente Leudal has nothing to do with these websites.
You can simply request an extract yourself from us and you can also make an appointment directly through our website. Just as easy and much cheaper. On commercial websites you can easily pay double for this.
