You can use this form to submit a"Request for Open Government Act" (Woo request) to the Municipality of Leudal.

To properly process and handle a Woo request, the request must meet the following requirements:

• You should state the subject as accurately as possible;
• The information must be demonstrably present, i.e. recorded somewhere. These may also be digital files;
• The Municipality of Leudal should have this information.

Your data

In order to register and process your request, we ask for your name, address and contact information. To fill these details, you can use the DigiD, e-Herkenning or eIDAS login tools. However, this is not mandatory. If you do not want to use one of these login tools, you will fill in your data manually.
