The organizer of a public demonstration/demonstration/protest in a public place must notify the mayor in writing in advance pursuant to Article 2.2.1 of the General Regulations of the Municipality of Leudal. This must be done at least 48 hours before the public demonstration/demonstration/protest is held.
Friday after noon, Saturday, Sunday and generally recognized holidays do not count in the 48-hour period. In this case, the organizer must make a notification by noon on the last working day.
