Grant for the restructuring of the built environment in the municipality of Leudal

You can use this form to submit a grant application under the Leudal Municipality Built Environment Restructuring Grant Program.

Instructions for filling out the form

When filling out the application form, you will need to upload several attachments during the application process. Some are required, while others are optional. • Proof of ownership or legal interest in the parcel of land to which the application relates (if available)
• Detailed project timeline (required)
• Detailed budget (if available)
• Estimate/justification of the market value following restructuring (if available)
• De minimis declaration (required)
• Proof of submission of a valid environmental permit (if applicable)
• Written approval from the board regarding the draft request (if applicable)
• Any other relevant documents (if applicable)
