Leudal helps residents insulate with free advice and subsidy!
Many homes in our municipality can still save significantly with insulation. That is why we are working with ten other Limburg municipalities on a program to help residents make their homes more energy efficient and comfortable.

Homeowners with a moderately to poorly insulated home can receive free insulation advice from Klimaatroute. Together with the resident, the advisor examines which measures are most beneficial, helps with the subsidy application and supervises the entire process - from advice to implementation. After that, Duurzaam Bouwloket links residents to reliable, certified implementers.
Marcel Roelofs, portfolio holder MCO NIP (Multi-Year Collective Discharge National Insulation Program):
Insulation immediately results in lower energy costs and provides more comfort in the house," says "But it is also a smart investment in the long term: your home becomes more valuable and you contribute to a more sustainable Netherlands. That is why we are putting our shoulders to the wheel together as a region. We help residents step by step to insulate their homes.
Alderman Michel Graef:
In Leudal we see that many residents would like to become more sustainable, but sometimes do not know where to start. With this joint program we make insulation easier and more affordable. By joining forces with other Limburg municipalities, we can reach more residents, share knowledge and make a real difference. And especially for the comfort of living, the wallet and our environment.
Program
The program targets homes with a low energy label and a lower WOZ value. Starting Nov. 1, you can check online to see if you can participate at www.klimaatroute.nl/limburg.
There you will see immediately if you qualify and how much subsidy is available.
Less heating costs, more comfort. Do the check and find out what's possible for your home!
